We can remove any unwanted item as long as it can be transported by a box or truck. However, this does not include chemicals. Also, if there is a bed bug infestation, asbestos, water damage or fire damage, we will need to know ahead of time. We will have to up charge because we would have to treat our trucks and clothes after entering the premises, plus it would require protective gear.
When we dispose of unwanted property, it is either taken to the city landfill or donated to a Charity depending on the condition of the items.
To make this process as easy as possible, please have the following information ready:

Two contact numbers
Email address
Address customer is moving from and to.
Is it a long distance or local move.
Are we loading a personal vehicle, does customer have their own supplies for protecting their items. i.e.: blankets, straps, mattress covers because those are an additional charge.
Are we unloading a personal vehicle.
Is the residence a one, two or three story home
Is the customer moving from an apartment, house, storage unit, office, warehouse and where are the items being unloaded to… storage unit, apt, pod, garage.
If items are being moved from a storage unit, are these items already wrapped.
Drive way access. Is there an incline. Can a box truck fit in driveway.
What floor is the apartment located on.
Does the customer have any large or oversized items where we must remove the doors or disassemble the item.
Is the customer moving into a new build.
How many steps entering old residence and new residence.
Are there any mounted items on the wall. (we don’t unmount or remount tv’s not even off of TV stands if it is attached to it.)
Does the customer have a Washer/ Dryer- front load or top loads, does customer have key to lock drum on washing machine.
